Ordering Information
All online ordering is processed securely and swiftly through PayPal. Paypal accepts all major credit cards as well as echeck payments.
Shipping Information
Because we only ship one day a week, please allow 1 - 2 weeks for delivery within the continental USA, and 2 - 3 weeks for delivery to international destinations. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service
Product Dimensions
- Prints: Product dimensions indicated in our shop are approximate to allow for variation between each item. We will not be held liable for any action taken based on the dimensions provided in our shop. We recommend that framing be conducted only after the items are in the buyer's possession so that precise measurements can be made.
- Apparel: Please read item descriptions for apparel carefully while in our shop. We do our best to communicate as many details as we can such as sizing, fit, and material as well as possibility of shrinkage and if the sizes run small or large
Return Policy
In case of damaged goods, we require that customers notify drexninestudios@gmail.com of any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. Returns will be accepted on a case-by-case basis, and the item may be replaced. drexNINE Studios will return your email with instructions and return address. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the packing slip and the printed receipts. Once the item is received by drexNINE Studios, the return shipping may be refunded to the buyer.
Colors
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our site and in our shop. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Fine Print

If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, at our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel and refund your order.
